• Housekeeping - We can open up your house for your family or guests and clean up afterward so it is ready for the next visit.  On or off site laundry services, window washing and garbage removal.  Additionally, we offer spring or fall cleaning and organization projects.

• Office time - doing research on a project. Contacting subcontractors or other details related to your home.

• Lawn and landscape Maintenance - Mowing, irrigation checks and repairs, weed removal. Fire wise mowing and cut back of long grasses and brush from home and outbuildings.  Road mowing.

• Handyman service - small repairs of existing structures and systems in your home.

• Snow removal - Roof raking, shoveling of steps and entryways.  We also have walk behind snow blowers to remove snow from walkways and paths and decks.   Roof snow removal from homes and adjacent structures.

• Site time - Running errands, meeting service repairmen and getting bids for your projects.  Mailing back forgotten items or delivery services.

• Security visits - checking inside and outside of structures and yard perimeter. You can customize the visits weekly, twice a month or monthly. A more frequent schedule than monthly is suggested since problems can arise and it gives us a chance to get the repair done before your arrival. Visits are structured to cover the basics such as all windows and doors are secured, no waterline leaks, appliances are functioning along with cooling and heating systems. We try to coordinate security visits with your arrival dates so the house is clean and comfortable and in good working order.

Prices

Work is done on a per hour basis. Bid per project may also be arranged. Retainers or partial prepayment may be required for larger projects or services.
